At C.E. Rose, community isn’t just a word — it’s a lifelong journey. We are so proud to highlight Marie Huerta, our incredible Attendance Tech, who has been a dedicated part of the TUSD family since 2012!

Marie’s connection to C.E. Rose is truly legendary. She is a third generation "Rose" alum, having attended the school herself, followed by her son and daughter. Today, the legacy continues as her five-year-old grandson begins his own journey in kindergarten. Marie’s career path is a beautiful testament to her commitment: she started as a volunteer, moved into a monitor role, worked her way into the office, and now serves as the school's vital Attendance Tech. Her passion for ensuring every student and family has what they need to succeed is what makes her a heartbeat of the C.E. Rose campus.

When she isn't supporting our families, Marie is all about her own. She spends her free time babysitting her grandson and cheering at the top of her lungs for the San Francisco 49ers! On campus, she brings that same team spirit to the office. Every department at C.E. Rose chooses a college to represent, and the office staff proudly supports Grand Canyon University (GCU). You’ll see their purple pride shining brightly as they encourage every student to look toward their future. Thank you, Marie, for 14 years of heart, soul, and service.
